Ms. B.M.A. van Hussen studied law in Rotterdam and has practiced as an attorney in Amsterdam since 1996, from 2001 as a partner at SchutGrosheide and from 2004 to 2018 as a partner at DLA Piper. From 2013 to 2017 she was a member of its International Executive Board. From 2018 to 2024 she was a partner at JB Law.
Her practice focuses on corporate transactions, disputes and mediations including governance, shareholder and codetermination disputes, complex M&A situations and change processes in family businesses. She is regularly appointed as a director by the Enterprise Chamber and holds various positions.
